Power Washing Service – Water is our abrasive to remove most of the surface pollution, we also use eco- friendly detergents, these mild cleansing agents do not harm vegetation or personal property, but is a major preventative measure to reduce dirt,mold,mildew,stains, and other damages to siding,concrete and decking.

Things the technician/contractor needs from the customer:

• Maintain a safe distance from professional while he/she uses the equipment
• Access to city water source (exterior garden spigot)
• Personal belongings to be moved away from the structure
• Trees and shrubs to be cut back from structures being cleaned

The technician/contractor is not responsible for soft, or rotten surfaces and/ or window screens.
